Tim Loughran

Tim started his building career in Napier, Hawke’s Bay where he worked for some well-known local companies and learnt his trade from real craftsmen. He has been building homes for over 40 years; he is a Licensed Building Practitioner and a Registered Master Builder. Tim brings a wealth of experience to the industry having worked on both commercial and residential property in New Zealand and overseas.

Over the years Tim has accumulated a huge amount of knowledge, techniques and skills and is able to use this to his clients’ advantage.

Hawke’s Bay has a large local network of tradespeople, and Tim ensures he uses the best of them to compliment his work.
